Anna Smock Pleated Skirt - O/White
A two-tiered smoking flared culottes with one more layer of smoking shirring flares on top of the lower pleats. It is a smocking technique with excellent tension by crimping with elastic rubber thread, creating a comfortable, feminine, and lively look when worn. High waisted, making your legs look longer and slimmer (attached to underpants).
