We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that’s not the case, simply request a return through our Return Portal!
The product must be returned in the same condition it was sent with original packaging. Vamp creases and bottom wear on shoes will not be accepted on all shoes. We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not meet these criteria. We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility. So, just follow below instructions for an easy return. 😊

For reasons of safety and hygiene, underwear, socks, face mask, arm sleeves, gloves and hats are not eligible for refund or exchange.


We gladly accept return merchandise in resell-able condition with hang tags properly placed, and damaged items will be deducted 30~50% from your original transaction amount.


All Shoe purchase return/ restocking (except for Duca)

 If you are exchanging sizes and having any issues with Lambda shoe purchase, please contact for more assistant.

Since most of our shoe brands our shipped from overseas and is 100% handmade craft shoes, the items are subject to 15% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 30 days of the shipment received date depending on their condition when returned.

** All personalized shoes are not returnable unless it is defective.

Stand bag purchase return/ restocking

Since the golf stand bag is luxury price category item, all stand bags are subject to a flat $150 restocking fee (*Half Bag : $49 restocking fee) on all returnable items within the 30 days of the shipment received date depending on their condition when returned. This includes all the shipping costs related to the purchase. 

(* If you placed an order and received free shipping but returned an item and you no longer qualify for the free shipping, therefore you, the buyer, are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.)

  • Return request must be submitted 30 days from the shipment received date
  • Visit our Return Portal for domestic returns & follow the steps
      • Once approved, you will receive an email with the label within 1 business day
      • Simply attach the label and drop off your package at USPS location/dropbox
      • Refund with label fee deduction will be processed within 1 to 3 days of receipt of your package, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been issued




      Sokim merchandise is sourced and selected to our overseas warehouse, and then shipped to the US location. With the logistic cost having significantly increased impacted by the inflation, we cannot avoid deducting shipping fee (on both trips) on all returns. However, if you choose to get store credit, only one way of shipping fee will be deducted. Please contact for more detail.
      Otherwise, all returns will be deducted accordingly from your refund as per the table below.

If failed to ship within 7 days, the return package will be processed as only store credit with 20% deduction of fee.  No refund of original form of payment can be given if the return package arrives after 7 days.

      While Sokim Newyork does not have a specific return limit, we may take notice of shoppers who return nearly every order.
      If you make frequent returns or have a high rate of returned items (if return rate exceeds 55% or more from the total purchase in history), you may receive a warning from us reminding you of the store's return policies and our ability to limit or ban your account at our discretion. If the activity continues, Sokim New York reserves the right to limit or block returns on your account.

      Sokim NY does not accept exchanges. Customers must follow the return process (stated above) for any unwanted products, and will need to place a new order for their desired product.

      Sokim NY is not able to alter orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a re-stocking fee of $15.00. If you would like to change the size of an item in your order, the item will need to be cancelled, and a new order must be placed.




        • When we receive your package, we will process the refund within 7 business days and email you this transaction has taken place
        • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, hence if you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again

          • Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment
          • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
          • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
          • Shipping is not refundable

            • Credit card: Refund your purchase amount to that same card
            • Reward Point: Credit equivalent points to your account
            • Shipping is not refundable



            You cannot cancel any items that are already at the “ Shipped by the Brand ” status. If your order has already shipped and cannot be modified, you may follow our return policy.
            Refused packages are subject to a re-stocking fee of $15 which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

            **After 24 hours of the order time, cancellation is possible but the order total amount exceeding $500 will deduct 10% off the total value of the order. This is unavoidable due to most of the merchandise is shipped from the overseas warehouse, and the cancellation has to cover cost of shipping the goods back.

            Final sale / Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled without reference to shipping status.
            We reserves the right to cancel orders anytime without reference to shipping status.
