At SOKIM New York, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return through our Return Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please review the guidelines below carefully to ensure your item qualifies.

General Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

Unused and in their original packaging
In the same condition as received
With original tags properly attached

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Underwear
Socks
Face masks
Arm sleeves
Gloves
Hats

Condition & Deductions

Items not in resellable condition may incur a 30–50% deduction from the original purchase amount.
Products showing signs of wear (e.g., vamp creases, sole marks) will not be accepted.
Final Sale, Warehouse Sale, Markdown, or Pre-Order items are not returnable.

Shoe Returns

All Brands (Except Duca del Cosma)

Handmade shoes shipped from overseas are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of delivery, based on the condition upon return.
Personalized or custom-made shoes are non-returnable unless defective.
For size exchanges or issues with Lambda shoes, please email sokim@sokimnewyork.com for assistance.

Duca del Cosma

For size exchanges or returns, email sokim@sokimnewyork.com to request a Return Authorization.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Golf Stand Bag Returns

Due to their premium category, golf bags are subject to the following restocking fees within 30 days of delivery:

Full-size Stand Bag: $150 restocking fee
Half Bag: $49 restocking fee

These fees include all associated shipping costs.

If your order qualified for free shipping but a return causes it to fall below the free-shipping threshold, you will be responsible for both original and return shipping costs.

Return request must be submitted 30 days from the shipment received date

Visit our Return Portal for domestic returns & follow the steps

Once approved, you will receive an email with the label within 1 business day
Simply attach the label and drop off your package at USPS location/dropbox
Refund with label fee deduction will be processed within 1 to 3 days of receipt of your package, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been issued

Return Process

Submit your return request via our Return Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid USPS return label within 1 business day.
Attach the label and drop off your package at any USPS location or drop box.
Refunds (minus applicable fees) will be processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. You’ll be notified by email once complete.

Important:

Return packages must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Returns shipped after 7 days will be processed as store credit only, with a 20% fee deduction.
- Refunds to the original payment method will not be issued after this period.

If you wish to change colors/size of the clothing merchandise, please contact sokim@sokimnewyork.com for assistant. If you choose Store Credit, only one-way shipping will be deducted.

** All return packages should be in transit within 7 days from the return label is received. If failed to ship within 7 days, the return package will be processed as only store credit with 20% deduction of fee. No refund of original form of payment can be given if the return package arrives after 7 days.

To Be Eligible for Refund

- Unused
- In the original package
- In the same condition that you received it

*Final sales / warehouse sale/ marked down items are not returnable

*If returned product is damaged or is not in sellable condition, 40-50% of original price will be deducted from the refund
*Only defective products will be replaced within 30 days from the date of receipt, but this does not apply to customer washing or careless use. If it is not Manufacturer's defective, Sokim is not responsible if repairs are required.

Defective Items

Only manufacturer defects are eligible for replacement within 30 days of receipt.
Damage caused by washing, misuse, or customer handling is not covered.

Return Policy Abuse

We monitor frequent return activity to maintain fair practices.

If your return rate exceeds 55%, you may receive a warning or have return privileges limited or revoked.
We encourage all customers to review this policy carefully to avoid issues.

Exchange Policy

SOKIM New York does not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order for your desired size or color.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
Refused packages will incur a $15 restocking fee.

Refund Policy

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Refunds are applied to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Refund Methods

Credit Card: Refunded to the original card
Reward Points: Credited as equivalent points to your account

Order Cancellation

Orders marked “Shipped by the Brand” cannot be cancelled.
Refused packages are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase for orders over $500 will incur a 10% fee due to overseas logistics.
Final Sale or Made-to-Order items cannot be cancelled.
