At Sokim NY, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

📦 Order Processing

Most Sokim NY products ship from our overseas warehouse.
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order arrives at our U.S. distribution center.

Once your order reaches the U.S., USPS or UPS transit times will apply based on the shipping method you select.

⚠️ Important: UPS 2nd Day and 4-Day shipping options only apply to U.S. domestic transit and do not shorten the overseas processing period.

⏱️ Note: Overseas shipments may take 5–10 business days to reach our U.S. warehouse before final domestic delivery.

Large items such as golf bags/luggage items are excluded in the free shipping.

 

🕒 Delivery Schedule

Orders are shipped after payment authorization and verification are complete.
We choose the most efficient carrier—typically USPS or UPS—based on your shipping address.

Delivery Hours:

  • Residential: Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM

  • Business: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

⚡ Rush Delivery (U.S. Warehouse Items Only)

Rush shipping is available for items already stocked in our U.S. warehouse.

  • Orders placed before 3 PM ET (Mon–Fri) → Arrives next business day

  • Orders placed after 3 PM ET, or on weekends/holidays → Arrives in 2 business days

  • Rural or remote areas may require an additional 1–2 business days

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered”, Sokim NY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you purchased Order Protection, you can file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged items:

  1. Enter your order number and email address.

  2. Answer a few quick questions.

  3. An agent will respond within minutes.

🚫 Package Refusals

If a package is refused at delivery, the round-trip shipping cost and any additional carrier fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipments to U.S. territories (e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam) are sent via USPS Priority Mail

  • Next-Day Delivery is not available

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows Delivered, Sokim NY is not liable. If you purchased Order Protection, you may file a claim easily online.

Q: Do oversized items cost extra to ship?
Yes. Oversized or heavy items (such as golf stand bags) may incur additional shipping fees and are not eligible for free shipping.
