Please Note:
We do not accept CODs, checks, or money orders.

Prepaid Cards

You may also pay using a prepaid credit card or gift card. The total order amount will be charged immediately at checkout.
If your order total exceeds the value of your prepaid card, you may use an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance.

PayPal

You can securely pay using your PayPal account at checkout.

Installment Payments

Flexible installment options are available through ShopPay and Klarna, allowing you to split your purchase into multiple payments. Terms and eligibility vary by provider.

Promotional Discounts

Promotional codes or special offers can be applied during checkout.
Note: Only one promotion or coupon code may be used per order, unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.


Important Payment Information

  • The billing address you enter must match exactly the address on file with your credit card company.

  • Orders may be delayed if the billing address does not match.

  • Credit cards are charged only when your order ships.

  • Debit or check cards are charged immediately upon order placement.


Changing or Canceling an Order

Our fulfillment process begins as soon as your order is placed, so the window for changes or cancellations is limited.
You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer service team.

If your order cannot be canceled, you may return your items for a refund once received.
Please note that canceling an item purchased with a promotion or special offer may render you ineligible to reuse that discount.


Order Status

To check your order status, visit our Order Status page. You’ll also receive updates via email as your order progresses.

Alternatively, track your order by entering your order number and billing ZIP code under Track Your Order.


Stock Availability

Occasionally, high demand may cause certain items to go out of stock.
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email immediately.

In the rare event that an item will not be restocked, that portion of your order will be canceled and you will not be charged for the unavailable item or related taxes/shipping.
If your order contains other items, applicable taxes and shipping will still apply to those products.
