Disappointing return protocol
I really wanted to purchase the Haley button roll up pants. They were xs and didn’t fit. I wanted to exchange for one size bigger. That option was never offered. No return label was included with the purchase and the cost of the return was on my plate. Extremely disappointed in the overall service.
