The product must be returned in the same condition it was sent with original packaging. Vamp creases and bottom wear on shoes will not be accepted on all shoes. We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not meet these criteria. We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility. For reasons of safety and hygiene, underwear, socks, face mask, arm sleeves, gloves and hats are not eligible for refund or exchange.
