It is a design that is generously sized and can be worn tied with a belt.
The belt is fixed at the back waist for comfort.
There is a loop on the inside of the neck so you can hang it.
There are convenient outside pockets on both sides.
The belt is only fixed at the back, so there is no risk of it falling off or being lost.
